Tenzin Lekphell is a military officer and founder of Druk Nyamrup Tshogpa, [1] who served as 3rd Secretary-General of the International Organization BIMSTEC from 2020 to 2023. [2] [3] He was nominated for Secretary General by Government of Bhutan. [1] [4] He also served as National General Secretary of Druk Nyamrup Tshogpa. [5]
Panbang is a settlement in the south of Bhutan. It is located in Zhemgang District, close to the border with India.
