Terry C W Wong (born 30 October 1984) was a champion apprentice in 2006/07. He rode seven winners in 2009/10 for a career total of 89, but could add only one more in 2010/2011, a season in which he had limited opportunities. [1]

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a public research university located in Hung Hom, Hong Kong. The university is one of the eight government-funded degree-granting tertiary institutions in Hong Kong. Founded in 1937 as the first Government Trade School, it is the first institution to provide technical education in Hong Kong. In 1994, the Legislative Council of Hong Kong passed a bill which granted the former Hong Kong Polytechnic official university status.

Jockey Club Government Secondary School or JCGSS, formed in 1960, is a government funded full-time secondary school in Oxford Road, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. The school was named after the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club who funded the construction of the school building complex.

William Tung Biu was a Hong Kong actor and horse racing commentator. Tung started off as a jockey with his family racing horse stable. He was then recruited to become a horse racing commentator. Due to his fame, he was invited to act in many movies beginning in the late 1970s. He appeared in several films with Jackie Chan during the 1980s and 1990s, such as playing Inspector "Uncle" Bill Wong in the original Police Story series, including his final movie role in Police Story 4: First Strike in 1996. Tung retired from horse racing commentating in 2000. Tung died in 2006 of lung failure.

The 2019–20 Hong Kong Sapling Cup was the 5th edition of the Hong Kong Sapling Cup, and was the second time in history without name sponsorship. The Cup was contested by the 10 teams in the 2019–20 Hong Kong Premier League. The objective of the Cup was to create more potential playing opportunities for youth players. Each team were required to field a minimum of three players born on or after 1 January 1998 (U-22) and a maximum of six foreign players during every whole match, with no more than four foreign players on the pitch at the same time.
