Finbar PatrickMcGuigan MBE is an Irish boxing promoter and former professional boxer. Born in Clones, Ireland, McGuigan was nicknamed The Clones Cyclone and held the WBA and lineal featherweight titles from 1985 to 1986. At regional level he also held the British and European featherweight titles between 1983 and 1985. In 1985, McGuigan became BBC Sports Personality of the Year. In 2005 he was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
Anthony Baltazar is an American former boxer that competed in the Lightweight division. After an amateur career during which he won various titles, he turned professional in the late 1970s, and boxed the likes of Robin Blake, former world champion Roger Mayweather, Hector Macho Camacho and Carlos Bolillo Gonzalez, the last two of which Baltazar fought for world titles. Baltazar was a contender at the Lightweight and Jr. Welterweight divisions.
Brian Magee is a Northern Irish former professional boxer who competed from 1999 to 2012. He held the WBA (Regular) super-middleweight title in 2012, and the IBO title from 2001 to 2004. At regional level, he held the British super middleweight title in 2008 and the EBU European title in 2010. As an amateur he represented Ireland at the 1996 Olympics, reaching the middleweight quarter-finals. He also won a silver medal at the 1998 European Championships and bronze at the 1998 Commonwealth Games, representing Northern Ireland in the latter.
Eamonn Magee is a retired Irish professional boxer who competed from 1995 to 2007, becoming the World Boxing Union Welterweight Champion in 2007. He also held the Commonwealth light-welterweight title twice, and challenged for the European light-welterweight and British welterweight titles. As an amateur, Magee won a bronze medal in the welterweight division at the 1992 World Junior Championships.
Robert "Robbie" Murray, nicknamed "Casper" or "The Flurry", is an Irish professional boxer in the welterweight division. Murray has now moved to the welterweight but all of his fights as a professional were fought in the welterweight division.
Andrew Murray is an Irish professional boxer who held the Irish lightweight title, having previously held the Irish light-welterweight title also. He is also a former European Union lightweight champion, and has challenged once for the European lightweight title.
Paul McCloskey is a former professional boxer from Northern Ireland who competed from 2005 to 2013. He held the British super-lightweight title from 2008 to 2009; the European super-lightweight title from 2009 to 2011; and challenged once for the WBA super-lightweight title in 2011. As an amateur, McCloskey won a silver medal in the welterweight division at the 2003 European Union Championships, and was an Irish Senior amateur champion.
Eamonn Loughran is an Irish former professional boxer who competed from 1987 to 1996. He held the WBO welterweight title from 1993 to 1996, successfully defending the title five times. At regional level he held the Commonwealth welterweight title from 1992 to 1993.
Darren Corbett, nicknamed Raging Bull, is a Northern Irish professional boxer. Corbett's weight fluctuated significantly throughout his career and although he had some fights at both heavyweight and light-heavyweight, the bulk of his contests and his success came at cruiserweight.
