Terry Bobby Gene Pearson (born November 10,1971) is former Major League Baseball pitcher. Pearson played for the Detroit Tigers in 2002. Prior to his stint with the Tigers,Pearson attended Pickens Academy High School in Carrollton,Alabama and Livingston University,since renamed the University of West Alabama. [1]
Frank Strong Lary was a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Detroit Tigers (1954–1964),New York Mets,Milwaukee Braves (1964),and Chicago White Sox (1965). He led the American League with 21 wins in 1956 and ranked second in the same category with 23 wins in 1961. Lary was selected to the American League All-Star team in 1960 and 1961 and won the Gold Glove Award in 1961. He was known variously as "Taters","Mule",and the "Yankee Killer." The latter nickname was won due to his 27–10 record against the New York Yankees from 1955 to 1961.

Garth Cale Iorg is an American former professional baseball player. He is the son of former Major League Baseball (MLB) player Garth Iorg and nephew of former MLB player Dane Iorg. Iorg played college baseball for the Alabama Crimson Tide. After his freshman season at Alabama,Iorg put his baseball career on hold to go on a Mormon mission to Lisbon,Portugal. He was drafted by the Detroit Tigers shortly before he returned from the mission. Iorg was ranked as the third best prospect in the Tigers organization by Baseball America following the 2008 season.
