Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur (VNIT) formally known as Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering (VRCE) is a public technical university located in the city of Nagpur, Maharashtra. Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) formerly College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar (CETB) is a public unitary technical university under the state government of Odisha located in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, India. It was established in 1981, by Government of Orissa, as a constituent college of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology.
