Mofolo played for Wits University in the Sasol Women's League. [1]

In 2024 she joined SAFA Women's League side UJ Ladies. She scored a brace in a 4–1 away game win against TS Galaxy Queens at the Solomon Mahlangu Stadium. [2] She scored in the 3–1 win against JVW at the UJ Soweto Stadium. [3]
