Jennifer Lynn Knapp is an American-Australian folk rock, and contemporary Christian musician. She is best known for her first single "Undo Me" from her debut album, Kansas (1998), and the song "A Little More" from her Grammy Award-nominated album, Lay It Down (2000). The Way I Am (2001), was also nominated for a Grammy. In total, the three albums have sold approximately 1 million copies. After taking a seven-year hiatus, Knapp announced in September 2009 that she was returning to music. On May 11, 2010 she released Letting Go with the single "Dive In". The album debuted at No. 73 on the Billboard 200 chart. Knapp's memoir Facing the Music and new album Set Me Free came out in October 2014.

Socialburn was a four-piece American post-grunge band from Blountstown, Florida. Forming in 2000, the band released two independent albums, What A Beautiful Waste and World Outside, before being signed to Elektra Records in 2002. The band's major record label debut, Where You Are, was released in 2003, and spawned two charting singles - "Down" and "Everyone". The band would later be dropped from their label on Elektra in the wake of its parent company Time Warner's merger with AOL, but released a follow up, The Beauty of Letting Go, on smaller label "iRock Entertainment" in 2005. After touring in support of the album, the band disbanded in late 2007.

The Horse, the Rat and the Swan are three different characters and themes that reoccur in the album. The Horse represents the apocalypse, the Rat represents betrayal and corruption, and the Swan is the letting go of all of this, realising that one cannot be consumed by these dark thoughts constantly because there needs to be beauty and letting go of that.

It was written and produced by Carey and Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, and premiered via Facebook on November 11, 2013, as the first promotional single from the album, following a digital release the same day worldwide. Jermaine Dupri, Carey's longtime collaborator and her then-manager, had the idea to premiere the song via Facebook to attract her die hard fans, however, Carey faced problems when an unmastered version of the song was uploaded in place of its final mix, leading the singer to premiere the intended version hours later with an apology and explanation.

One on One was a concert tour by English musician Paul McCartney that began on 13 April 2016 and traveled through the United States, Canada, Argentina, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, ending on 16 December 2017. Based on the Line Webtoon of the same name by Yaongyi, it centers on a high school girl who, after being bullied and discriminated because of being perceived as ugly, masters the art of makeup to transform herself into a gorgeous "goddess". It aired on tvN from December 9, 2020 to February 4, 2021, every Wednesday and Thursday at 22:30 (KST).
