The Day is the third studio album by Japanese rock band Deen. It was released on 16 December 1998 under Berg label records. The album consists of previous 2 released singles, Kimi Sae Ireba and Tegotae no nai Ai. Both of these singles were composed and written by Japanese singer and songwriter Miho Komatsu. [1]
This is the first album released at the BMG JAPAN Incorporation. [2] Although they moved from Being Inc. agency, several staff members as Daisuke Ikeda, Hirohito Furui and Akihito Tokunaga continued cooperating with them.
The album reached #9 in its first week and charted for 6 weeks, selling 143,420 copies. [3]

Miho Komatsu is a former Japanese singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Kobe, Japan, Komatsu began her career as a songwriter, writing "Kono Machi de Kimi to Kurashitai" for Field of View. In May 1997, she released her debut single "Nazo", which served as the theme song to the Japanese anime series Case Closed. The song peaked at number nine on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart in Japan and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). Her debut album of the same title (1997) peaked at number five on the Oricon Weekly Albums Chart in Japan. After releasing a compilation album Miho Komatsu Best: Once More (2006), which peaked at number 21 in Japan, she retired from the music industry with no announcement.
Todomaru Koto no nai Ai is Miho Komatsu 13th single released under Giza Studio label. It was released 30 May 2001. The single reached #22 for its first week and sold 12,780 copies. It charted for 2 weeks and, in total, sold 16,110 copies.

In years 2000-2002 he was part of the Japanese soul band Nothin' but love, in years 2004-2009 part of Japanese pop band OOM and since 2012 he's member of fusion band Sensation as a guitarist.
