The Edge is a building in Amsterdam. Deloitte has a headquarters there. [1] [2] [3]
It was considered the greenest and smartest building in the world. It has 28 thousand sensors, connected to a network that not only coordinates the logistics of the building and people, how it collects and analyzes data on community behaviour. The British rating agency BREEAM awarded the building a record sustainability score of 98.4 percent, the highest ever given. [1]
Features include the orientation of the building, solar panels, underground water aquifer thermal storage pumps and sensors on lights.
Morden Hall Park is a National Trust park on the banks of the Wandle in Morden, south London. Its several buildings and associated parking included, it is 51 acres (21 ha) of predominantly parkland. Hinting at the former mill leats the river here splits into channels, generally, through it spanned by numerous footbridges. The estate contains Morden Hall itself, Morden Cottage, two well-preserved snuff watermills, a restored stableyard, a dog-friendly café, exhibition space and second-hand bookshop. A western part, separately accessed, hosts the National Trust's only Garden Centre.

The tower's architecture and engineering were performed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with Adrian D. Smith and Gordon Gill as architects. Ground broke on the tower on 8 September 2006 and construction was completed in March 2011. It is intended for office use and is partially occupied by the China National Tobacco Corporation.

One Angel Square is a high-rise office building in Manchester, England. Construction work began in 2010 and was completed in February 2013. The landmark building is the head office of the Co-operative Group. Standing 72.5 metres (238 ft) tall, the building forms the centrepiece of the £800 million NOMA development in the Angel Meadows area of Manchester city centre. The building cost at least £105 million to construct and was sold on leaseback terms in 2013 for £142 million.
City Hall, in the London Borough of Newham in east London, is the headquarters of the Greater London Authority (GLA), the regional government for Greater London. It replaced the previous City Hall, in Southwark in 2022. The building opened in 2012 and was previously an exhibition centre for sustainable architecture, known as The Crystal. Built and opened by Siemens, it was the first building in the world to reach the highest sustainable award level. It was bought by the GLA in 2019 for the docklands redevelopment project.

Grafton House is the headquarters for Ipswich Borough Council and Smartest Energy. Located on Russell Road opposite Endeavour House, Grafton House is a 6-storey building and was designed by Consarc Consulting Architects and construction was completed in 2006 as part of the Ipswich Village Development. The building consists of mixed retail units at ground level including a coffee shop and 60,000 sq feet of office space. Grafton House was also classed as 'very good' by BREEAM standards.

Frederik Hendrikplantsoen is a park in Amsterdam West, on the edge of the Jordaan in one of the greenest historic neighbourhoods of Amsterdam. The park is located in the Frederik Hendrikbuurt Neighbourhood and has recently undergone extensive investment and redevelopment in consultation with the local community. It is notable for its sculpture group 'De Stam' or 'The Tribe' by Atelier van Lieshout.
