Dubbing is a post-production process used in filmmaking and video production where supplementary recordings. are lip-synced and "mixed" with original production audio, for the purpose of achieving the final product.
Auguste Antoine Piccard was a Swiss physicist, inventor and explorer known for his record-breaking hydrogen balloon flights, with which he studied the Earth's upper atmosphere and became the first person to enter the Stratosphere. Piccard was also known for his invention of the first bathyscaphe, FNRS-2, with which he made a number of unmanned dives in 1948 to explore the ocean's depths.
Pingu is a Swiss-German animated children's television series co-created by Otmar Gutmann and Erika Brueggemann that centres on the titular anthropomorphic emperor penguin and his family, who live in the South Pole. The series aired on SF DRS for four series from 7 March 1990 to 9 April 2000, and was produced by the Swiss animation studio Pingu Filmstudio; with sister company The Pygos Group handling global distribution.
George Gaynes was a Dutch-American singer, actor, and voice artist. Born to Dutch and Russian-Finnish parents in the Grand Duchy of Finland of the Russian Empire, he served in the Royal Netherlands Navy during World War II, and subsequently emigrated to the United States, where he became a citizen and began his acting career on Broadway.
Border Security: Australia's Front Line is an Australian factual television programme in the form of an observational documentary that airs on the Seven Network. The show follows the work of officers of the Department of Home Affairs, Australian Border Force, and biosecurity officers as they enforce Australian immigration, customs, quarantine and finance laws. All three of these government agencies cooperate with filming. Officers from the Australian Fisheries Management Authority and personnel from the Australian Defence Force have also appeared on the show.
MV Neptuna was a 5,952 ton cargo motor vessel. She was launched as MV Rio Panuco in 1924, renamed MV Neptun in 1931 and finally became MV Neptuna in 1935. She was sunk during the Japanese air raid on Darwin on 19 February 1942, during World War II.
Basketball Club Neptūnas, commonly known as Neptūnas or Neptūnas Klaipėda, is a Lithuanian professional basketball club based in Klaipėda, Lithuania. The club participates in the Lithuanian Basketball League. It was founded in 1962 under the name BC Maistas and in 1964, BC Maistas's name was changed to BC Neptūnas. The club carries the name of the Roman sea god Neptune. Neptūnas participated in the 2014–15 EuroLeague season and is only the third Lithuanian club to participate in the premier European basketball league, after Žalgiris and Rytas.
Comet in Moominland is a Dutch-Japanese anime film by Telecable Benelux B.V. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Finnish illustrator and writer Tove Jansson, originally published in Swedish. It was the first full-length Moomin film, and serves as a prequel to the 1990 anime series Moomin, introducing characters that would later appear in the series. It was released in Japan first theatrically on August 8, 1992 as a triple-feature with two unrelated shorter films, and was later released on home video with 10 minutes of extra footage.
Lego Aquazone was a Lego theme that was launched by The Lego Group in 1995 and discontinued in 1998. It centred on undersea miners and their enemies searching for crystals. It consisted of submarine vehicles and aquatic animals, with minifigures designed for submarine adventures.
Poochini is an animated television series which was originally aired worldwide on February 2, 2000, but it did not air in the United States until September 7, 2002. The series follows the life of a grey black-eared hound mix named Poochini who runs away from home after his rich owner dies, gets captured by the dog pound and is adopted by an average American family.

It was later released in Germany and Sweden as Rock 'n Cop, in Finland as Rocki-kyttä (Rocki-Cop), in France as Super Durand, and in Italy as Ryo, un ragazzo contro un impero.

Due to the purposes of the show, some characters were added and others embellished. In the series, the place where the fish live is called Neptune Bay ; the fish attend "The School of Fish". The series has a shipwreck called "Shipwreck Park". The series is produced by Decode Entertainment, EM.TV & Merchandising AG and Sony Wonder.
