The Malefice is the debut full-length studio album by Chilean extreme metal band, Pentagram Chile. It is their first full-length album released in over 28 years after their formation. [1] The album was released on September 6, 2013. [2] Vice described it as having a "beautifully meaty modern production job, but it pulses with feral old-school energy, giving off a possessed sense of conviction". [3]
Extreme metal is a loosely defined umbrella term for a number of related heavy metal music subgenres that have developed since the early 1980s. It has been defined as a "cluster of metal subgenres characterized by sonic, verbal and visual transgression".
Pentagram Chile is an extreme metal band from Chile, formed in 1985. They were part of the first wave of extreme metal in the mid 80's, along with bands like Possessed, Celtic Frost, Sepultura and others. Considered as a very influential band in the Black metal and Death metal genres, they have influenced bands like At The Gates, Dismember, Napalm Death and Avulsed among others.
Vice Media LLC is a Canadian digital media and broadcasting company. Originating from the Montreal-based Vice magazine co-founded by Suroosh Alvi, Shane Smith, and Gavin McInnes, Vice expanded primarily into youth and young adult–focused digital media, including online content verticals and related web series, the news division Vice News, a film production studio, and a record label among other properties. In 2015 Vice Media was called "[arguably] a poster child for new-media success—especially when it comes to attracting a valuable millennial audience."

Anton Reisenegger von Oepen is the lead guitarist and vocalist of the Chilean Thrash/Death metal band Criminal. He is also the host of the Extreme metal radio show Disco Duro on Radio Futuro.
Dan Biggin, more commonly known professionally as Danny B is a guitarist and bassist performing with Chilean thrash band Criminal, Chilean death metal band Pentagram Chile and also involved in his own side projects Takoma Star and Flight 19 to name a few.
Aisles is a six-piece progressive rock band originally from Santiago, Chile. The group was formed in 2001 by brothers Germán (guitar) and Luis Vergara (keyboards), and childhood friend Rodrigo Sepúlveda (guitar). Later on, it expanded to include lead singer Sebastián Vergara and Alejandro Meléndez (keyboards). Drummer Felipe Candia and bassist Daniel Baird-Kerr joined the band in 2007 and 2011 respectively.
Anaal Nathrakh are a British extreme metal band formed in 1999 in Birmingham, England. They are currently signed to Metal Blade Records. The band's name comes from Merlin's Charm of Making in John Boorman's 1981 film Excalibur. The band recorded two demos in 1999, which were later released as an album.

Poema Arcanus is a Chilean death/doom metal band that was formed in the early 1990s and has four full-length studio albums under their name. The band was originally named Garbage; they later changed their name to Garbage Breed and eventually settled on their current name of Poema Arcanus. Influences of Poema Arcanus include, among others, Autopsy, Candlemass, Fields of the Nephilim, My Dying Bride, Paradise Lost, Queensrÿche, Solitude Aeturnus, and Voivod. This band has been a live supporting act for bands such as Napalm Death, Moonspell, and Candlemass. They are currently signed to the Norwegian label Aftermath Music.
Pablo Moreno de Alborán Ferrándiz popularly known as Pablo Alborán, is a Spanish musician, singer, and songwriter. In 2011, he was nominated for three Latin Grammy Awards. Alborán has released three studio albums, two live albums, and various musical collaborations. His records are distributed by Warner Music which debuted in 2010 with their first official release, "Solamente Tú", the first single from his debut album Pablo Alboran (2011), released in February 2011. The album ranked No. 1 in its first week of sales, making Alborán the first solo artist to sign a complete debut album to rank to the top since 1998 in Spain.
Pablo Alborán is the debut album by Spanish singer-songwriter Pablo Alborán. Produced by Manuel Illán, many of the songs included in the album had already achieved YouTube attention before its release, as home videos featuring Alborán performing in front of a webcam, alone with his guitar. The album also includes duets with Carminho ("Perdóname"), Estrella Morente ("Desencuentro"), and Diana Navarro. The iTunes version adds the bonus track "Cuando te Alejas".

aTelecine is an American industrial band featuring Ian Cinnamon and Sveio. The band was co-founded by Sasha Grey, replaced by Sveio in July 2013. They released their first EP aVigillant Carpark in 2009 in 7 inch vinyl only. aTelecine's first live concert took place in Kraków during Unsound Festival on October 20, 2012.
Agrimonia is a heavy metal band from Sweden. Formed in 2005, the band released its self-titled demo in 2008 before releasing its first full-length, Host of the Winged, in 2010. Their second full-length album, Rites of Separation, was released in 2013. Major music websites such as Pitchfork have lauded the band's unique style and given it strong reviews, including an 8.0/10 for their second full-length album. The band is currently signed to Southern Lord Records, an American heavy metal label.

Morat is a Colombian band formed in the country's capital city, Bogotá. The band is formed by Juan Pablo Isaza, Juan Pablo Villamil and the brothers Simón Vargas and Martín Vargas. Previously, until the end of 2016, drummer Alejandro Posada had been in the band, but the percussionist had to leave the project. He was replaced by Martín Vargas.
