Ben Baillieux-Beynon started the band in 2005, originally with Nic Van Assche. Van Assche was then replaced by Charles Blistin. In 2006 they recorded the More EP. The band rapidly gained popularity. Their first full-length album, 'Hands Full of Ink,' was released at the end of 2007 and was followed by an intensive European tour. At the same time, the Tellers added band members Kenley Dratwa (drums) and Francis Gustin (bass).
After a two-year tour with this ensemble, the band split, reverting to its original duo. Soon after, members Beynon and Blistin parted amicably. Beynon soon added three new members to the band - Fabrice Detry (bass), Cesar Laloux (drums), and Joos Houwen (guitar).
Although the band only emerged recently, (having released two albums), the group has achieved fame in Belgium, where their album Hands full of ink reached 7th in the charts. They have also had success in Germany, the Netherlands and most recently in France in part due to advertising for Canon .

Keep of Kalessin is a Norwegian extreme metal band from Trondheim, formed in 1993. The group's early lineup consisted of Ghash on vocals, Obsidian C. on guitars and keyboards, Warach on bass, and Vyl on drums. They released two albums under this lineup: Through Times of War in 1997, and Agnen: A Journey Through the Dark in 1999, before splitting up. Obsidian C. then toured with Satyricon, but revived the Keep of Kalessin name for a 2003 EP, Reclaim. In 2006, he reconstituted the group with a new lineup and released a third full-length, Armada. They toured with Behemoth and Dimmu Borgir early in 2008. Their fourth album Kolossus was released on 6 June 2008. They take their name from Ursula K. Le Guin's Earthsea series of books, where Kalessin is the name of the arch-dragon who is the bearer of the Earthsea world. Keep of Kalessin was nominated for a Spellemannprisen in the metal category in 2008.
Taake is a Norwegian black metal band from Bergen, formed in 1993 and originally named Thule. The band's one continuous member is Hoest, who writes all and records most of the music. Taake has released seven full-length albums and several EPs. The band describes itself as "True Norwegian black metal", and Hoest said he wants to "awaken national pride and cultural nostalgia" in Norwegian listeners as well as to remind people "that Hell is right here on Earth and that humans can be demons". All lyrics are in Hoest's native dialect and are printed in Norse runes. Taake is the old spelling of the Norwegian word tåke, meaning "fog".

House of Heroes is an American alternative rock band from Columbus, Ohio. They have released six albums: What You Want Is Now (2003), House of Heroes (2005), The End Is Not the End (2008), Suburba (2010), Cold Hard Want (2012), and Colors (2016). The band also released the album Ten Months (2001) under their original name, No Tagbacks, which had more of a punk sound than their releases as House of Heroes. The Flairz were an Australian garage rock band from Perth. They were formed as a trio in late 2003 by pre-teens, Dion Mariani on guitar, bass guitar and vocals, his cousin, John Mariani on guitar, bass guitar and vocals, and Scarlett Stevens on drums and vocals. Late in 2006 Georgia Wilkinson-Derums joined on bass guitar. The group issued a studio album, Black Fox, and two extended plays, Rock and Roll Ain't Evil and Bullseye. The group disbanded in November 2009 with Stevens forming an indie pop band, San Cisco.

Irish Coffee are a hard rock band from Aalst, East Flanders, Belgium, that officially started playing in 1970. They are best remembered for their single "Masterpiece" which made it to the Belgian charts. The band's music was a combination of hard rock and blues rock, with searing lead guitar parts and strong vocals. The band broke up in 1975 but reformed in 2002 with a new organist and bassist.
