Bubbly little Meenakshi can't wait for her school's cultural festival. It is after all an opportunity for her to grab the coveted position of School Pupil Leader. Kandukondain Kandukondain is a 2000 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed and co-written by Rajiv Menon.
