The Supreme Court of Myanmar is the highest judicial forum and final court of appeal under the Constitution of Myanmar, existing as an independent judicial entity, alongside the legislative and executive branches. The Court is legally mandated to have 7 to 11 judges, including a Chief Justice.
Thura Shwe Mann is a Burmese politician who was Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw, the lower house of parliament from 31 January 2011 to 29 January 2016. He is a former general and, whilst being a protégé of senior general Than Shwe, was considered the third most powerful man in the State Peace and Development Council (SPDC), which ruled Myanmar until 2011.

He joined the Buddhist monkhood on 3 May, after speculation over his disappearance had circulated throughout news media.
The Union Solidarity and Development Association was a Burmese political party founded with the active aid of Myanmar's ruling military junta, the State Law and Order Restoration Council (SLORC), on 15 September 1993.
The Union Solidarity and Development Party is an ultranationalist, pro-military political party in Myanmar. Alongside the National League for Democracy, it is one of Myanmar's two principal national parties. USDP is the successor to the former ruling military junta's mass organisation, the Union Solidarity and Development Association, and serves as the electoral proxy of the Tatmadaw (military), which operates as a state within a state. Many of its political candidates and leadership are retired generals. It supports authoritarian military leadership. USDP was founded by Prime Minister Thein Sein to contest the 2010 Myanmar general election; the part was headed by Sein until 2013. Since 2022, it has been led by Khin Yi, who was installed as a loyalist of military leader Min Aung Hlaing.
The Cabinet of Myanmar, officially the Union Government, is the executive body of the government of Myanmar led by the prime minister of Myanmar. The Provisional Government serves as the current cabinet.

He previously served as Second Vice President of Myanmar from 15 August 2012 to 30 March 2016. He is a commander-in-chief of the Myanmar Navy with the rank of admiral, retired in 2012. He was elected as Second Vice President of Myanmar on 15 August 2012 following the resignation of Tin Aung Myint Oo.
Mahn Johnny is a Burmese politician, political prisoner and the former Chief Minister for Ayeyarwady Region. He is currently serving as a member of the Ayeyarwady Region Hluttaw for Kyonpyaw Township Constituency No. 2.
Win Myint is a Burmese politician who served as the tenth president of Myanmar from 2018 to 2021. He was removed from office in the 2021 military coup d'état. He was the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Myanmar from 2016 to 2018. He also served as a member of parliament in the House of Representatives from 2012 to 2018. Win Myint was viewed as an important ally and placeholder for State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi, who served as the actual head of government but was constitutionally barred from the presidency.
The Constitutional Tribunal of the Union is the constitutional court of Myanmar under the 2008 Constitution. There is one chairperson and eight members on the Tribunal, who serve five year terms. Members of the tribunal are constitutionally elected proportionally by the President, Pyithu Hluttaw, and Amyotha Hluttaw. However, under the current military government, members are appointed unilaterally by the junta, the State Administration Council. The members of the Constitutional Tribunal are all required to be legal experts. Its headquarters is located in Office No. 54, Ottarathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw City, Myanmar.
Ohn Myint was the Burmese Minister for Livestock, Fisheries and Rural Development from 2011 to 2016. From March 2011 to August 2012, he concurrently served as the Minister of Cooperatives, until he vacated the post in September after a reshuffle of President Thein Sein's cabinet.
Win Htein is a Burmese politician and former inmate who served as a Pyithu Hluttaw MP for Meiktila Township. He is a patron and member of the Central Executive Committee of National League for Democracy (NLD), for which he acts as official spokesperson. Win Htein is considered to be one of the closest confidantes of NLD chairperson Aung San Suu Kyi. On the morning of 5 February 2021, he was charged with sedition and moved to the capital of Naypyidaw On 29 October 2021, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison and he was transferred from a Naypyitaw detention centre to Obo Prison in Mandalay.
Phyo Min Thein is a Burmese politician and former political prisoner who served as Chief Minister of Yangon Region and Yangon Region Parliament from 2016 to 2021. He also served as a MP for Hlegu Township Constituency No. 2. Prior to this, he was the chairman of Union Democratic Party and founder of the People Democracy Party which was later merged with Union Democratic Party.

In the 2010 Myanmar general election, he contested the Amarapura Township constituency for a seat in the Pyithu Hluttaw MP, the country's lower house. He is a spokesman and Central committee member of the Union Solidarity and Development Party.

In the 2015 Myanmar general election, he contested the Letpadan Township constituency for a seat in the Pyithu Hluttaw MP, the country's lower house.
