This Delicate Film We've Made is the first video release by Australian recording artist Darren Hayes. [1] It's a feature-length musical film created and directed by him.
The DVD was released on 3 February 2009. [2] The film is a visual realization of tracks from Hayes' third studio album, This Delicate Thing We've Made . Each track was animated and placed together in a film narrative. The film was produced by Richard Cullen and Damien Hale from the company Pixelfing. [3] The film has no dialogue and includes minimal sound effects.

Hexstatic are an English electronic music duo, consisting of Stuart Warren Hill and Robin Brunson, that specializes in creating "quirky audio visual electro." Formed in 1997 after Hill and Brunson met while producing visuals at the Channel 5 launch party, they decided to take over for the original members of the Ninja Tune multimedia collective Hex that had disbanded around the same time. Elevation 2001: Live from Boston is a concert film by Irish rock band U2. It was filmed on 5–6 and 9 June 2001 at the FleetCenter in Boston, Massachusetts, during the first American leg of the group's Elevation Tour. The video was directed by Hamish Hamilton and produced by Ned O'Hanlon. It was released on home video as a two-disc DVD and a single VHS by Island Records and Interscope Records on 20 November 2001. The song was confirmed as the album's second single on Hayes' official MySpace page in July 2007. According to Hayes' official website, the track was co-written and produced on the second-to-last night of the album recording sessions. The track failed to make the top 40 in the United Kingdom, debuting and peaking at No. 59 on 24 November 2007. The single sleeve artwork bears a striking resemblance to Kraftwerk's The Man-Machine album sleeve, and is most likely an homage to the electronic music pioneers.
