Thor Kristian "Mr Frisk" Martinsen (born 12 July 1945) is a Norwegian ice hockey player who played for the Norwegian national ice hockey team. He participated at the Winter Olympics in 1964, 1968, 1972 and 1980. [1]
On 18 April 2009, he was appointed as honorary member of Frisk Tigers. He played 302 matches for the club during his career. He also played 113 national team matches, including 4 Olympic Games and 13 World Championships. He currently works in Frisk Tigers' junior sporting committee. [2]

He made his National Hockey League (NHL) debut for the Colorado Avalanche on 6 October 1995, and has been part of the Norwegian national team. In the NHL, Myrvold played for Colorado, Boston Bruins, New York Islanders, and Detroit Red Wings. He played four games in the 1995–96 Colorado Avalanche season when they became Stanley Cup Champions. Myrvold did not play enough games to have his name engraved on the Stanley Cup.

Frisk Asker Ishockey, commonly known as Frisk Asker, is a Norwegian ice hockey club based in Asker, Norway. The team is currently a member of the highest Norwegian ice hockey league, EliteHockey Ligaen. They are based in the municipality of Asker, around 20 km from Oslo, and play their home games in Varner Arena. The team colours are orange, black and white.

The 2009–10 GET-ligaen was the 71st season of Norway's premier ice hockey league, Eliteserien. The regular season began play on 12 September 2009 and concluded on 2 March 2010, with Vålerenga claiming their twenty-seventh League Championship after defeating Lillehammer 2–1 on 26 February. Vålerenga won the league twelve points ahead of the Sparta Warriors, who were defending champions. The league was contested by ten teams until Comet folded in October 2009, leaving nine teams to finish the regular season.

Geir Tore Myhre was a Norwegian ice hockey player and coach. He played for the Norwegian national ice hockey team, and participated in the Winter Olympics in 1980 and 1984. Myrhe scored two goals in his Olympic ice hockey career, both against the United States: he gave Norway a 1-0 lead against the Americans in the first period of their 1980 match-up, only to watch Team USA come back to win 5-1 en route to the gold medal. Four years later, Myrhe scored in a 3-3 tie versus the USA.
