C. V. Kumar is an Indian Tamil film producer, director and distributor who heads the production studio Thirukumaran Entertainment. Known for producing innovative and critically acclaimed films, Kumar has also primarily introduced new talent into the film industry in terms of actors and technicians. His first three films, Attakathi, Pizza and Soodhu Kavvum won critical acclaim as well as bringing in revenue of over ₹50 crore (US$6.0 million). The film was produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under UTV Motion Pictures. The film features Arya, Kreshna, Swati Reddy, and Deepa Sannidhi in the lead roles, while Adil Hussain, RJ Balaji, Thambi Ramaiah, and Ponvannan play supporting roles. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja with cinematography by Om Prakash and editing by Sreekar Prasad. The film released on 11 September 2015 to negative reviews and bombed at the box office.
India Pakistan is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film written and directed by N. Anand. It stars Vijay Antony and Sushma Raj, while Pasupathy plays a pivotal supporting role. The film, produced by Vijay Antony himself, was filmed by N. Om, director Anand's younger brother and features music scored by Deena Devarajan, Antony's former associate. India Pakistan released on 8 May 2015 to mixed to positive reviews from critics and audience and ended up with a successful venture at the box office.

At the film's debut, it received a positive critical response, with particular praise for its novel structure and narrative.
Madonna Sebastian is an Indian actress who primarily works in Tamil and Malayalam films, in addition to Telugu and Kannada films. She made her acting debut with the 2015 Malayalam film Premam. She made her debut in Tamil with Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum (2016), and in Telugu with Premam (2016) and in Kannada with Kotigobba 3 (2021).
College Kumar is a 2020 Indian comedy film written and directed by Hari Santhosh. A remake of director's own 2017 Kannada film of the same name, it was simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu languages, with Prabhu starring in Tamil and Rajendra Prasad replacing him in Telugu. Rahul Vijay, Priya Vadlamani and Madhoo co-star in both versions. College Kumar was released on 6 March 2020 in both languages.
Take Diversion is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed by Sivaani Senthil and starring Sivakumar, Padine Kumar, Ramachandran Durairaj and John Vijay. It was released on 20 May 2022.
Enjoy is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film directed by Perumal Kasi, starring Madan Kumar, Vignesh and Harish Kumar. It was released on 23 December 2022.
