Tirumala Engineering College

Tirumala Engineering College was founded and funded by Tirumala Milk Products Pvt. Ltd. The college is located near Jonnalagadda village, Narasaraopet.

The college offers two courses: the four year B.Tech of JNTUK and the two years M.Tech. B.Tech has six departments namely CIVIL, MECHANICAL, EEE, ECE, CSE & IT.

The college has well-equipped laboratories for each department individually.

Alumni include employees of multi-national companies IBM, Infosys, Mindtree, Open text, CTS, Mphasis, HCL, TCS, and Cap Gemini.

Sri Venkateswara College is a co-ed college which is a constituent of the University of Delhi established in 1961 in New Delhi, India. Pratury Trirumala Rao was an Indian pediatrician and a writer of medical and non-fiction literature. He was a professor of pediatrics at the Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad. The Government of India awarded him the third highest civilian honour of the Padma Bhushan, in 1988, for his contributions to medical science. He died in 1997, survived by his daughter, Lakshmi Pratury, a US-based social worker. A yoga institute in Hyderabad, Padma Bushan DRP Tirumala Rao Institute of Yoga is named after him.

Venkateswara Temple, Dwaraka Tirumala

Venkateswara Temple is a Vaishnavite temple situated in the town of Dwaraka Tirumala of West Godavari district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
