To Revolution Square is the name of a documentary short film directed by Iranian filmmaker Hossein Rajabian. [1] [2]
It portrays the commute of the common people in the Iranian capital city of Tehran who have to take the bus to go to Revolution Square on a daily basis. During the movie, people come to listen to strange radio news while they are on the bus. They don't react particularly to the unbelievable reports, though, and are incredibly detached.

Hossein Derakhshan, also known as Hoder, is an Iranian-Canadian blogger, journalist, and researcher who was imprisoned in Tehran from November 2008 to November 2014. He is credited with starting the blogging revolution in Iran and is called the father of Persian blogging by many journalists. He also helped to promote podcasting in Iran. Derakhshan was arrested on November 1, 2008 and sentenced to 19½ years in prison on September 28, 2010. His sentence was reduced to 17 years in October 2013. He was pardoned by Iran's supreme leader and on November 19, 2014 was released from Evin prison.

The Night Bus is a 2007 Iranian film directed by Kiumars Pourahmad. The film, which is in sharp monochrome, relates the story of a twenty-four-hour-long journey of two young Iranian soldiers and a civilian driver transporting thirty-eight Iraqi prisoners of war, taken from behind the Iraqi line, to a garrison inside Iran. From the details one is informed that the Iran–Iraq War has entered into its third year. The film masterfully depicts the deep inhumanity of acts of war amongst nations by showing the shared humanity of the combatants on both sides. Some scenes of the above-mentioned garrison are reminiscent of those of the 1965 British film The Hill.

The Upside-down Triangle is the first feature film by Iranian independent filmmaker Hossein Rajabian. The black-and-white film has been shot and directed by Rajabian – who has been involved in photography for years – using digital cinema technology. The shooting of the film kicked off in mid-February 2013 and came to an end in early May 2013. Snowfall in Central Alborz in northern Iran and [problems associated with] local arrangements are to blame for the prolongation of the shooting. This film was banned by Iranian government and has not been screened anywhere, any festival, etc.
Barg Music was an Iranian website and music publisher. It was founded in 2007 by the composer and setar player Mehdi Rajabian, who also ran the company. The website was in English and Persian and played a significant role in producing and publishing alternative music in Persian.
People in distance is the name of a black and white photography project implemented by Hossein Rajabian, the Iranian photographer. The photos were taken for a charity auction. This project started from 2006 and continued until the arrest of Hossein Rajabian in 2014. For this project, analogue and digital cameras were used for a better expression of the texture of the photos depending on the existing setting and subject.
“Navigation” is the name of a documentary film directed by Hossein Rajabian, the Iranian filmmaker. It was produced for an anthropological NGO in the Middle East, but was never released due to censorship in Iran. Because of the strong opposition of local authorities, he had to stop the production of the documentary in 2005 and continue it after four years. Rajabian became interested in the subject of the movie while he was on one of his photographing tours in the northern mountains of Semnan Province.
Cartoon Campaign for Freedom is a campaign started in 2016 by the French organisation United Sketches for the freedom of Mehdi Rajabian, the artist and musician who was sentenced to three years imprisonment for his artistic activities.
Creation Between Two Surfaces is the second feature film by Iranian independent filmmaker Hossein Rajabian. It was written and directed by Rajabian using digital cinema technology, as was his first film "The Upside-down Triangle", but this one is in color. The film was produced after his probation in 2019, when he was in an artistic ban. This film was banned by Iranian government and has not been screened anywhere.
