Todd Nunes is an American screenwriter and a director of horror films. His work includes the holiday horror film All Through the House .

Career

Todd Nunes wrote and directed his first horror full-length film Scary Larry in 2014, [1] which starred his sister Ashley Mary Nunes. [2] In 2015 he wrote and directed the award-winning [3] holiday horror film All Through The House , produced by The Readmond Company, which again starred Ashley Mary Nunes [4] in the lead role and also featured Canadian horror actress Jessica Cameron. [5] [6]

Nunes' next project was to be Death Ward 13 (2017), [7] a remake of the 1973 low budget horror film The Forgotten . In 2017 it was in pre-production [8] in Los Angeles and was to star former Misfits guitarist Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein [9] [10] [11] [12] as the film’s terrifying antagonist, The Duke. The film has yet to be made.

Misfits (band) American horror punk band

The Misfits are an American punk rock band often recognized as the progenitors of the horror punk subgenre, blending punk and other musical influences with horror film themes and imagery. The group was founded in 1977 in Lodi, New Jersey, by vocalist, songwriter and keyboardist Glenn Danzig, and drummer Manny Martínez. Jerry Only joined on bass guitar shortly after. Over the next six years, membership would change frequently with Danzig and Only being the two consistent members. He married Diana Viar who joined The Undead in November 2014. They are both in the band RIP that started in 2013.

"Die, Die My Darling" is a song by the American horror punk band Misfits. It was released in May 1984 on singer Glenn Danzig's label, Plan 9 Records, seven months after the band's breakup. The song is titled after the 1965 horror film Fanatic, which had been released in the United States under the title Die! Die! My Darling! The cover of the single is derived from the cover of the September 1953 issue number 19 of the comic book Chamber of Chills. The back cover artwork was created by artist Pushead.

Their debut album Abominator was released in 2013 through Monsterman Records, Doyle's own label.

One of the leading exponents of the horror punk scene, the band was led by singer/guitarist TB Monstrosity and bassist/singer Argyle Goolsby. Active from 1997 until 2012, Blitzkid released five studio albums, appeared on numerous compilations, and toured both nationally and internationally.

Mania is a 2015 American independent horror film written by Jonathon Higgins and directed by Jessica Cameron. It was produced by Mem Ferda, and released by Cameron's production company, Small Town Girl Production. Funding for the film was raised via an IndieGoGo campaign, in which rewards included the ability to vote on the locations for filming. All Through the House is a 2015 American holiday slasher film written and directed by Todd Nunes and produced by The Readmond Company. The film had its world premiere on 31 October 2015 at the RIP Film Festival, where it also won Best Slasher, Best Editing, and the Audience Choice Award. All Through the House stars Ashley Mary Nunes, Jessica Cameron, and Jennifer Wenger. The film was shot in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Lake Arrowhead, California over a period of 21 days in 2014. On October 4, 2016 the film was released on iTunes and other Video On Demand platforms by Gravitas Ventures.
