Tom J. Heywood (born 2 August 1997) is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays for Tasman in the Bunnings NPC. [1] His position is prop. Heywood played 23 games for Mid Canterbury in the Heartland Championship between 2017 and 2019, before playing for Canterbury during the 2022 and 2023 seasons where he made 7 appearances for the province. Heywood made his debut for Tasman in Round 1 of the 2025 Bunnings NPC against Bay of Plenty. [2]
