Thomas McHugh (born November 17, 1966) is an American actor and voice actor known for his role as Doug Funnie from Doug (Disney) and its full-length film, following Billy West's departure from the series. He has also played various characters on animated series Gravedale High . He did the voice of Clockwork Mouse in Make Way for Noddy . In 2005 McHugh voiced Brad, A boyscout maggie has a crush on in The Buzz On Maggie . Which turned out to be his final acting role before his retirement from acting in 2007

Based on Enid Blyton's Noddy character, it originally aired in twelve minute segments as part of the Milkshake programme on Five, from September 2, 2002 to October 4, 2003 in the UK and from September 11, 2005 to June 15, 2007 in the US. It was repeated until the beginning of 2015 on NBC and PBS Kids Sprout in the US. In 2005, the American version of the series was launched in the United States on PBS in a half-hour version. This version was a longer format; it combined two of the twelve minute segments with new material.
