Thomas Edward Sims Jr. (born September 29, 1964) is a former American football defensive back. He played college football at the University of Tennessee. [1] He was drafted in the seventh round by and played for the Indianapolis Colts in 1986. [2] [3] He appeared in one game, the 1986 regular season opener for the Colts. [4]
