Anthony Michael Hargain (born December 26, 1967) is a former American football wide receiver who played one season with the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the eighth round of the 1991 NFL draft. [1] He played college football at the University of Oregon and attended Center High School in Elverta, California. He was also a member of the Los Angeles Rams and Sacramento Gold Miners.

He played college football for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, twice earning unanimous All-American honors before being selected by the Jaguars fifth overall in the 2012 NFL draft. With Jacksonville, he was suspended for the first four games of the 2013 season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy and was suspended indefinitely for another violation later that year and has not played since. Blackmon was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2024.
