Topsail is a defunct provincial electoral district for the House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. In 2011, there are 11,080 eligible voters living in the district. The district was abolished in 2015 and was mostly replaced by Topsail-Paradise. Parts of the riding were also redistributed into Mount Scio, Mount Pearl North and Conception Bay South

Topsail Island is a 26-mile (41.8 km) long barrier island off the coast of North Carolina, roughly equidistant between the barrier islands of the Crystal Coast and the beaches of the Cape Fear region, lying south of Jacksonville, North Carolina and Camp Lejeune. The northeastern edge of the island is the New River Inlet, and the southwestern edge is Topsail Inlet. It is separated from the mainland by a series of small sounds and channels that make up a portion of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway.
