Giorgia Bronzini is an Italian former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2003 and 2017. She won the women's road race in the UCI Road World Championships in both 2010 and 2011 and the women's points race in the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in 2009.
Kirsten Carlijn Wild is a Dutch former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2004 and 2021, for eight professional teams. During her track cycling career, Wild rode at the Summer Olympic Games in 2012, 2016 and 2020, winning a bronze medal at the latter Games, in the omnium. She won eighteen medals including nine golds at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships, and eighteen medals including eight golds at the UEC European Track Championships. Wild also took over 100 victories in road racing, and won two medals at the UCI Road World Championships.
Ashleigh Moolman Pasio is a South African professional road bicycle racer, who rides for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–Soudal–Quick-Step. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's road race, finishing 16th and in the Women's time trial finishing 24th.

The London–Surrey Classic was an annual 193 km (119.9 mi) men's professional one-day road cycling race, starting and finishing in London and routed via the picturesque Surrey Hills. The first race of its kind was the London–Surrey Cycle Classic, on 14 August 2011, a 1.2 classification 140 km preparatory event for the 2012 Summer Olympics, which was won by sprinter Mark Cavendish. The men's and women's Olympic road races were held on a longer variation of the same course the following year. On 4 August 2013, the race found a permanent home as part of the Prudential RideLondon weekend, a two-day cycling festival held in London, a legacy event of the Olympics.

At the 2015 Dutch National Track Championships she became Dutch champion in the women's Madison together with Kirsten Wild. She won the points classification at the 2016 La Course by Le Tour de France.

She rode in the women's road race event at the 2018 UCI Road World Championships. In 2018, Henderson won the British National Circuit Race Championships, and the under-23 British National Time Trial Championships in 2019.

The 2023 RideLondon Classique was a British women's cycle stage race that was held in Essex and London, as part of the UCI Women's World Tour. Taking place from 26 to 28 May 2023, the race was the ninth edition of the RideLondon Classique, part of the RideLondon cycling festival. It was won by Dutch rider Charlotte Kool of Team DSM.
