Victoria Allen-Martin is a British actress, director and producer. She is known for the television series Pure (2019) and also took leading roles in Unforgotten (2018) and London Kills (2019). [1] She is also known for portraying the role of Robin in The Season (2019), now known as Two Strangers Carry a Cake Across New York. [2]

In 2009 she founded and headed Interval Productions as its Creative Director. [3] [4] Interval Productions has produced eight musicals, including Streets, which was nominated for Offie awards in the Best New Musical category. [5] Allen-Martin and co-writer Sarah Henley were also nominated for most promising new playwrights. [6]

Allen-Martin was shortlisted under the writers category for BBC New Talent Hotlist 2017. [7]

The Sound of Music is a musical with music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, and a book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse. It is based on the 1949 memoir of Maria von Trapp, The Story of the Trapp Family Singers. Set in Austria on the eve of the Anschluss in 1938, the musical tells the story of Maria, who takes a job as governess to a large family while she decides whether to become a nun. Hangmen is a play by the British-Irish playwright Martin McDonagh. The play was first produced in 2019 in Ipswich and Northampton, starring Tori Allen-Martin and Alex Cardall. A new production opened at Kiln Theatre in 2023, starring Dujonna Gift and Sam Tutty. In April 2024, it transferred to the Criterion Theatre in the West End.
