The Tour Colombia, called earlier Colombia Oro y Paz is a multi-day professional cycling race held annually in Colombia since 2018. It is on the UCI America Tour calendar as a category 2.1 event. [1]

The Vuelta a Colombia is an annual cycling road race, run over many stages throughout different regions in Colombia and sometimes Venezuela and Ecuador during the first days of August. It is organized by the Colombian Cycling Federation, and was previously included in the UCI America Tour.
Rigoberto Urán Urán, ODB is a Colombian professional road racing cyclist who rides for UCI WorldTeam EF Education–EasyPost. During his professional career, Urán has taken fifteen victories, including stage wins at each of the three Grand Tours, and won a silver medal in the road race at the 2012 Olympic Games.

His first major Grand Tour wins came at the 2017 Giro d'Italia. He is the brother of track cyclist Juliana Gaviria. His nickname is "Quetzal splendente", from the brightful and colourful South American bird Quetzal. Its colours recall his world championship titles, his Colombia and "la maglia Ciclamino" won at Giro d'Italia.

Initially, the race was won by Gonzalo Najar, who was later disqualified for a failed doping test. The result was then given to the rider originally in second place, Óscar Sevilla.
