(NYSE: KMP) to buy Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission, Trailblazer Pipeline Company, the Casper-Douglas natural gas processing and West Frenchie Draw treating facilities in Wyoming, and KMP's 50 percent interest in the Rockies Express Pipeline.
