Trash We'd Love is the first full-length album released by The Hiatus on June 27, 2009. It reached No. 1 on the Oricon album chart. [1] The cover was designed by Kaori Maki.

The Hiatus is a Japanese rock supergroup formed by Takeshi Hosomi, former lead vocalist of Ellegarden.

Oricon Inc., established in 1999, is the holding company at the head of a Japanese corporate group that supplies statistics and information on music and the music industry in Japan. It started as Original Confidence Inc., which was founded by Sōkō Koike in November 1967 and became known for its music charts. Oricon Inc. was originally set up as a subsidiary of Original Confidence and took over the latter’s Oricon record charts in April 2002.

Takeshi Tsuruno is a Japanese actor, tarento, and musician, originally from Moji-ku, Kitakyūshū, Fukuoka Prefecture. He is known for his roles as Shin Asuka/Ultraman Dyna in Ultraman Dyna and as the leader of the musical units Shuchishin and Aladdin. As a member of Shuchishin and Aladdin, he appears regularly on the variety show Quiz! Hexagon II. Tsuruno married his former stylist Miki Endō in 2003. They have a son named Eito and three daughters named Uta, Oto, and Iro. He named his albums after his daughters, and after recording his first album and before the birth of his third daughter he mused naming an album after his son such that it was called Tsuruno Mugendai(つるの∞ , Tsuruno Infinity by rotating the "8" around). 百

Shuchishin is a Japanese idol vocal group formed as part of the variety show Quiz! Hexagon II produced by Fuji Television Network Incorporated. Originally meant to be a joke group, the trio has released singles that have hit the top 10 on both the Oricon and the Billboard Japan Hot 100 Singles. Shuchishin, whose name translates as "Shame", consists of the leader Takeshi Tsuruno with Naoki Nokubo and Yusuke Kamiji. The group's final performance was on the January 2, 2009, New Year's Special episode of Quiz! Hexagon II. The group's name comes from a mispronunciation of the word when it came up in a question on the show in mid-2007.
