Treasury Tower is a 279.5-meter-tall skyscraper at District 8 complex in Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) in South Jakarta. As of April 2024, it is the fifth -tallest building in Jakarta. [1] [2] The architectural height of the tower is 279.5 meters and the top floor is situated at 260.6 meters. [3] Construction was completed in 2016. Treasury Tower is one of three commercial office towers in District 8, which also comprises one hotel and seven residential apartment towers.

West Vista is a twin towers skyscraper in Cengkareng, Jakarta, Indonesia. The 48 floors residential twin towers is part of an 8 hectares complex, of which 3 hectares are occupied by this building of 2855 apartment units. Singapore-based Keppel Land Limited is the developer of the complex. It was certified by the Green Mark Gold Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) in February 2017 to acknowledge environmentally friendly architectural and construction standards. The towers were topped off in May 2017.

Menara Jakarta is an under construction mixed development complex at Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia. Located in front of JIEXPO, it consists of six towers, 1 Conho, 1 Condo Tower, 1 Office Tower, and 3 Suite Tower. The complex will also have a mall. The complex is constructed on the site of postponed Jakarta Tower.
