Trent Ashford Gamble (born July 24, 1977 in Denver, Colorado) is a former American football safety who played in the National Football League. He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2000. He played college football at Wyoming and high school football at Ponderosa High School in Parker, Colorado.

The Rocky Mountain Showdown is the name given to the Colorado–Colorado State football rivalry. It is an American college football rivalry between the Colorado Buffaloes football team of the University of Colorado and Colorado State Rams football team of Colorado State University. The winner of the game receives the Centennial Cup. It began in 1893 and was played annually from 1899 to 1958, except for 1901, 1905, and 1943–44.
