Trent Hayes (born in Sydney) is a best-selling author and project manager whose first published book, Stainless, [1] [2] (co-written with Shannon Lush) was released in 2010. It is a how-to book in understanding Lush's stain removal techniques.

Shannon Lush is an Australian author who specialises in titles which simplify or "demystify" tasks such as cleaning and household management.

Fiona McIntosh is an author of adult and children's books who lives in Australia. She was born in Brighton, England and between the ages of three and eight, travelled a lot to Africa due to her father's work. At the age of nineteen, she travelled first to Paris and later to Australia, where she has lived ever since. In 2007, she released a crime novel, Bye Bye Baby, under the pseudonym of Lauren Crow, however the pen name has since been dropped for the republished edition of Bye Bye Baby and for the sequel, Beautiful Death.

From 2011 to present, he has become active in assisting Startups and aspiring authors via competitions on his Facebook page [5] and through his business; iLoveSimple. [6] His approach has a similar direction to his sister Shannon in 'unfuddling' various topics (in his case technology, online business and assisting home businesses via copywriting and marketing services, rather than domestic tips, as his sister does)
