Tricia McLaughlin Yoho is an American spokeswoman,serving as Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs in the US Department of Homeland Security. [1] [2]
McLaughlin served in the first Trump Administration in the State Department as Chief of Staff for Nuclear Arms Control. [1]
In the second Trump Administration,McLaughlin has served as spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security. [3] [4] [5] Following the killing of Renee Good,McLaughlin wrote on social media that "Dangerous criminals —whether they be illegal aliens or U.S. citizens —are turning their vehicles into weapons to attack ICE". On January 13,2026,Ricardo Antonio and Emilio Roman-Flores,twin brothers from New Jersey,were arrested for allegedly threatening to hang McLaughlin. [8] [9] [10]
