Trond Viggo Toresen (born 22 February 1978) is a Norwegian football midfielder who currently plays for Verdal.
He joined the team from Levanger in 2011. Before he went back to his home towns of Verdal and Levanger he played in Norwegian Tippeliga and Adeccoliga for Odd Grenland and Notodden as a midfielder. He was a regular midfielder on the Odd team which played in Tippeligaen. [1]
Verdal is a municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is part of the Innherad region. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Verdalsøra. Some villages in the municipality include Forbregd/Lein, Lysthaugen, Stiklestad, Trones, Vera, Vinne, and Vuku.
Innherred or Innherad is a traditional district in Trøndelag county in the central part of Norway. It consists of the areas around the inner part of the Trondheimsfjord in the central-east part of the county. The district includes the municipalities of Levanger, Frosta, Verdal, Inderøy, and Steinkjer. Sometimes, the municipalities of Snåsa and Namdalseid are also included in the Innherred district. The area encompasses about 7,913 square kilometres (3,055 sq mi) and about 68,062 residents (2004). There are several larger towns/cities in Innherred including Steinkjer, Levanger, and Verdalsøra.
Verdalsøra is a town in the municipality of Verdal in Trøndelag county, Norway. The town is the administrative center of the municipality. It is located along the Trondheimsfjord at the mouth of the river Verdalselva. The village of Vinne lies 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) to the southeast, Trones lies about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to the north, the villages of Forbregd/Lein lie about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) to the northeast, and the village of Stiklestad lies about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) to the east. In 1998, the municipal council of Verdal voted to grant the urban area of Verdalsøra town status under the laws of Norway.
Feren or Færen is a lake in the municipality of Meråker in Trøndelag county, Norway. A small part in the northwestern corner of the lake extends into the municipalities of Stjørdal, Levanger, and Verdal at the outlet into the river Forra. The 26-square-kilometre (10 sq mi) lake lies about 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) north of the municipal center of Midtbygda, about 2.5 kilometres (1.6 mi) north of the lake Funnsjøen, and about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) north of the lake Fjergen.
Frol is a former municipality in the old Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. The 140-square-kilometre (54 sq mi) municipality existed from 1856 until its dissolution in 1962. The municipality was first known as Levanger landsogn and then in 1911 the name was changed to Frol. The municipality included all the area surrounding the town of Levanger in what is now the municipality of Levanger in Trøndelag county.

The Hell–Sunnan Line is a 105-kilometer-long (65 mi) railway line between Hell, Stjørdal and Sunnan, Steinkjer in Nord-Trøndelag, Norway. The name is no longer in official use and the line is now considered part of the Nordland Line. The Hell–Sunnan Line branches from the Meråker Line at Hell and runs on the east shore of the Trondheimsfjord passing through the municipalities of Stjørdal, Levanger, Verdal, Inderøy and Steinkjer.

Nord-Trøndelag was a county constituting the northern part of the present-day Trøndelag county in Norway. It bordered the old Sør-Trøndelag county as well as the county of Nordland. To the west is the Norwegian Sea, and to the east is Jämtland in Sweden. The county was established in 1804 when the old Trondhjems amt was divided into two: Nordre Trondhjems amt and Søndre Trondhjems amt. In 2016, the two county councils voted to merge (back) into a single county on 1 January 2018.

Stjør- and Verdal District Court was a district court in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. The court was based in the town of Levanger. The court existed from 1635 until 2011. It had jurisdiction over the municipalities of Levanger, Stjørdal, Verdal, Frosta, Leksvik and Meråker. Cases from this court could be appealed to Frostating Court of Appeal. In the court, there work three professional judges, two deputy judges and seven clerks. In 2006, the court dealt with 158 criminal cases, 381 summary procedures and 104 civil cases.
AS Værdalsbruket is a company and estate covering 900 square kilometers (350 sq mi) of Verdal, Norway. The estate covers 60% of Verdal, of which 170 square kilometers (66 sq mi) is productive forest. The estate now known as Værdalsbruket was first established in 1807. It is owned by Storebrand, an insurance company.
Inntrøndelag District Court was a district court in the Inntrøndelag region in Trøndelag county, Norway. The court was based in Steinkjer. The court existed until 2021. It had jurisdiction over the municipalities of Steinkjer, Inderøy, Snåsa, Verran, Verdal, Levanger, Frosta, Stjørdal, Meråker, and Namdalseid. Cases from this court could be appealed to Frostating Court of Appeal. The courthouse was built in 1997 for the old Inderøy District Court, and in 2010 there was a 25 million kr addition built to accommodate the new court. The court has seven judges and eleven clerks. The final presiding judge of the court was Odd Arve Bartnes.
