Tru Vu Entertainment was an entertainment company that streamed live programs via their website. All of the programming on the site was audience interactive. Each show was hosted by a person called a Cyber Jockey (CJ). Viewers would watch the CJs and communicate instantaneously with them via typed comments flashed on a monitor in a studio. [1]
Tru Vu Entertainment initially began business in Nashville, Tennessee during October 1998 as IM2K (Internet Music 2000). The IM2K website was used as a beta test, and ran live for three weeks tallying more than 300,000 visits [2] amongst viewers before the website was taken down and the studio was deconstructed.
The company relocated to Hudson, Florida and returned in October 2000 as RAVE2000 (Radio Audio Visual Entertainment). Starting with more than 200 CJs [3] RAVE2000 debuted, as a live music channel that played all genres. After one year, around the same time as the end of the Dot-com bubble, the website was once again put to an end.
In July 2010 the company relocated to McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Having been named Tru Vu Entertainment, the company opened its doors at the former Immel's department store. [4]

Channel District is a residential neighborhood in the City of Tampa that includes an entertainment complex, just east of Downtown Tampa, Florida. It is bordered by Ybor Channel on the east and Garrison Channel on the south. Channelside is a nickname for the entertainment complex Channelside Bay Plaza, within the neighborhood that includes shops, restaurants, and bars. It is located next to the Florida Aquarium, American Victory Museum, Port Tampa Bay and a short stretch on the Tampa Riverwalk to the Tampa Bay History Center. Also located in the district is the Amalie Arena where the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning play their home games. The Arena also hosts concerts and other events. The center of the Bay Plaza has a large open court for live music, with views of the downtown skyline, cruise ships and the Port of Tampa. It also houses a Sony Giant Screen theater. The TECO Streetcar has several stops in the district. Also, NEVs are being utilized by startups to link Tampa's core neighborhoods including Channelside. The Tampa Convention Center is located adjacent to the district to the west.

Keswick Christian School is a private, pre-Kindergarten-twelfth grade, Christian school in the outlying area of St. Petersburg, Florida. It was founded as Grace Livingston Hill Memorial School in 1953. It had an enrollment of around 650 students in 2007. It has an interdenominational student body, mostly of Protestant background. The campus spans 30 acres (12 ha), set among tall oak trees reminiscent of its once rural surroundings, and is about half of a mile outside Seminole, Florida, whose city council annexed the school into its city limits in 2000. The school is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Frank W. Springstead High School is a public Hernando County high school in Spring Hill, Florida. The school opened on December 1, 1975, and had its first graduation class in 1979. In 2014, Springstead High School was ranked as #929 which was based on their Advanced Placement test scores, graduation rate, and SAT and ACT scores. Springstead High School was chosen to become the only International Baccalaureate school in Hernando County. This program started in the 2008–2009 school year.

Malicious foreclosure stripping is done by home owners who render damage throughout the property to significantly decrease its value and cause the foreclosing bank to accept a lower price when it is resold. Foreclosure stripping has been a growing trend since the 2000s decade and especially became an issue during the subprime mortgage crisis of 2007–2010.
Richard B. "Rich" Nugent is an American retired law enforcement officer and former United States Congressman. He is a member of the Republican Party. He is a former Sheriff of Hernando County, Florida. On November 2, 2010, Richard Nugent defeated Democratic nominee James Piccillo, to replace retiring Congresswoman Ginny Brown-Waite. Nugent was a member of the Tea Party Caucus. On November 2, 2015, Nugent announced he would not seek reelection.
Franz J. Sedelmayer is a German entrepreneur and CEO of the US-based Multinational Asset Recovery Company (M.A.R.C). Arthur W. St. Clair was an African-American community leader in Brooksville, Florida, who was murdered in 1877 by a mob days after he presided over the marriage of a black man and a white woman in the area that is now Dade City, Florida. Controversy followed as efforts to investigate the white men accused of killing him were stymied. The courthouse was destroyed in a fire.
