Truckfest is a transport festival in the United Kingdom centred on trucks and the haulage industry. As well as trade stands and music entertainment, highlights of the shows are displays of customised trucks and monster trucks [1] [2]

The main Truckfest event is held in Peterborough at the East of England Showground, and is billed as the biggest get-together in the lorry-driving calendar. [3] The Peterborough event celebrated its silver (25th) anniversary in 2007 [4]

The 2016 event was held at Peterborough on 1-2 May. [5] A Truckfest event was held on 8–9 September 2021 at Newark Showground. [6]

Other Truckfest events are held at Haydock Park in the northwest, the Royal Highland Centre in Scotland, the Royal Bath and West Showground in the southwest, Kent Showground in the southeast and Croft Circuit in the northeast.

The East of England Agricultural Society is an agricultural society in the east of England. The Society which is a registered charity owns the land known as the East of England Showground in Peterborough, England.

The East of England Showground is a large showground area (667,731sqm) located on East of England Way in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England. The Showground is owned by the East of England Agricultural Society (EEAS) and includes the East of England Arena and Events Centre and a motorcycle speedway stadium. In September 2021, EEAS entered into a land promotion agreement with Asset Earning Power Group (AEPG). The purpose of the agreement was to develop new leisure facilities on the site and further the association with the Anglia Ruskin University.

Fairfield Showground

Fairfield Showground is a multi-purpose indoor-outdoor venue situated in Prairiewood, New South Wales, Australia. Since in the 1970s, it has been a popular venue for multicultural festivals, horse racing, carnivals, markets and club meets attracting as many as 20,000 people. Situated in western Sydney, the showground has around 10,000 sqm of undercover exhibition space and it is overall 33 hectares in size, with parking spaces for over 600 vehicles.
