The Tunes Liberia Music Awards (often simply the TMLA Awards) is a Liberian music awards ceremony organized annually for musical achievement in the Liberia music industry, the awards ceremony was established in 2018. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] The winners receive a gold-plated statuette.

The Juno Awards, or simply known as the Junos, are awards presented by the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences to recognize "outstanding" achievements in the music industry. The Juno Awards are often referred to as the Canadian equivalent of the Brit Awards in the United Kingdom or the Grammy Awards given in the United States. The first Juno Awards ceremony was held on February 23, 1970 to honor the musical accomplishments of performers for the year 1969. New members of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame are also inducted as part of the awards ceremonies.

The Headies is a music awards show established in 2006 by the Hip Hop World Magazine of Nigeria to recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The Mirchi Music Award for Upcoming Music Composer of The Year is given yearly by Radio Mirchi as a part of its annual Mirchi Music Awards for Hindi films, to recognise an upcoming music director who has delivered an outstanding performance in a film song. The award ceremony was started in 2008 to honour the best of Hindi film music.

The 2021 Billboard Music Awards were held on May 23, 2021, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. The ceremony was broadcast live from NBC, and was hosted by Nick Jonas. Musical performers were announced during a series of social media posts.
