The UC Davis Aggies softball team represents the University of California, Davis in NCAA Division I college softball. The team participates in the Big West Conference. The Aggies are currently led by head coach Erin Thorpe. The team plays its home games at La Rue Field located on the university's campus. [2]

The team belongs to the SEC Conference and plays home games at the Davis Diamond.The Aggies have won two NCAA championships in 1983 and 1987 along with an AIAW national championship in 1982. The Aggies have been NCAA runners-up three times in 1984, 1986, and 2008. Reaching the Women's College World Series eleven times, the Aggies have reached the finals six times in 1982, 1983, 1984, 1986, 1987, and 2008.

Connie Sue Clark is an American, former collegiate All-American right-handed softball pitcher and head coach. Clark began her college softball career at the junior college level before finishing her last two years with the Cal State Fullerton Titans from 1986–87 and leading them to the 1986 Women's College World Series championship title. She is the Big West Conference career leader in ERA and WHIP for her two seasons, she also ranks top-10 for those records for both the Titans and the NCAA Division I.

Matt Vaughn is an American baseball coach and former pitcher. He played college baseball at UC Davis for head coach Phil Swimley. He then served as head coach of the UC Davis Aggies (2012–2021).

The 2004 UC Davis football team represented the University of California, Davis as a member of the Great West Conference (GWC) during the 2004 NCAA Division I-AA football season. Led by 12th-year head coach Bob Biggs, UC Davis compiled an overall record of 6–4 with a mark of 3–2 in conference play, placing second in the GWC. 2004 was the 35th consecutive winning season for the Aggies. The team outscored their opponents 323 to 211 for the season. The Aggies played home games at Toomey Field in Davis, California.

The 2010 UC Davis football team represented the University of California, Davis as a member of the Great West Conference (GWC) during the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by 18th-year head coach Bob Biggs, UC Davis compiled an overall record of 6–5 with a mark of 3–1 in conference play, placing second in the GWC. The team was outscored by its opponents 295 to 233 for the season. The Aggies played home games at Aggie Stadium in Davis, California.

The 2019 UC Davis Aggies softball team represented the University of California, Davis in the 2019 NCAA Division I softball season. The Aggies were coached by Erin Thorpe in her fifth season, playing their home games at La Rue Field. They finished 39–14 overall, setting a program record for wins since transitioning to the Division I level in 2008, and finished third in the Big West Conference with a 13–8 record.
