Ugo Mozie is a Nigerian creative executive. In 2009, at 18, he debuted his first fashion line, Aston Mozie, and in 2015 he released his luxury hat line. [1]
Mozie's clientele has included Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, Travis Scott, Beyonce, and J. Balvin. In 2014, Ugo was appointed the U.S. P.R. director to designer Vivienne Westwood.
Mozie currently lives in Los Angeles, and is working to develop the fashion industry in Africa. His most recent venture, Mosaic Perfume, is a North and West African-based luxury perfume that aims to redefine the sector.

Lagos Fashion Week (LagosFW) is an annual multi-day clothing trade show that takes place in Lagos, Nigeria. It was founded in 2011 by Omoyemi Akerele and it is Africa’s largest fashion event drawing considerable media attention, nationally and internationally. It showcases over 60 Nigerian and African fashion designers to a global audience of more than 40.000 retailers, media and consumers. It has helped propel African designers and fashion brands, such as Orange Culture, Lisa Folawiyo and Christie Brown to international recognition.
Lanre da Silva is a Nigerian fashion designer based in Lagos. Launched in 2005, her eponymous label includes couture, ready-to-wear, jewelry and hairpieces. Da Silva's collections often incorporate metallic fabrics, lace and African patterns, while referencing the 1940s or 1800s. The Africa Fashion Guide recognizes her as having "... created a name for herself in high fashion in Nigeria."
Fenty was a fashion brand of ready-to-wear founded by Rihanna under the luxury fashion group LVMH. Fenty was launched in May 2019. The fashion label made Rihanna the first woman and also the first person of colour to head a luxury brand for the LVMH group. Fenty was closed in 2021.
Yemi Osunkoya is a New York-based Nigerian fashion designer and the founder and creative director of Kosibah Creations - a couture bridal and eveningwear fashion brand. His haute couture brand, "Kosibah" label was named after his mother's name "Cosiba", which, in the Republic of Benin, represents the "day name" of a female child born on a Sunday. His company Kosibah Creations designs luxury bridal gowns and evening wears for high-value women across the UK, Nigeria, South Africa, US and Caribbean.

Many of the component cultures of Nigeria wear styles that are characteristic of their tribal society and customs. Nigeria produces fashionable textiles and finished garments and has designers who have achieved international recognition.
