The Ukraine national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Ukraine and is controlled by the SVEMO. The team started in Under-21 World Cup only once, in 2005 season they losing in Qualifying Round Two. Riders from Ukraine never won a medal: of Individual Under-21 World Championship.
Motorcycle speedway, usually referred to as speedway, is a motorcycle sport involving four and sometimes up to six riders competing over four anti-clockwise laps of an oval circuit. The motorcycles are specialist machines which use only one gear and have no brakes; racing takes place on a flat oval track usually consisting of dirt, loosely packed shale, or crushed rock. Competitors use this surface to slide their machines sideways, powersliding or broadsiding into the bends. On the straight sections of the track the motorcycles reach speeds of up to 70 miles per hour (110 km/h).

The Team Speedway Junior World Championship is an annual speedway event held in different countries (U-21). The first edition of the competition was in 2005.

The Individual Speedway Junior World Championship is an annual speedway event held each year organized by the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) since 1977. The current (2018) world champion is Bartosz Smektała from Poland.

The team started in Under-21 World Cup in all editions and won five medals: one gold (2010), two silver and two bronze. Denmark has produced three Under-21 World Champions: Gert Handberg (1989), Brian Andersen (1991) and Jesper B. Jensen (1997). In 1977 and 1978 two Danish riders, Alf Busk and Finn Rune Jensen, was won Individual U-21 European Championship. Tommy Knudsen was won 1980 Individual U-21 European Championship open for riders from all continents.
The Finland national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Finland and is controlled by the Finnish Motorcycling Federation. The team entered the Under-21 World Cup three times, but they never qualified for the final. Ari Koponen is the only Finnish rider to win a medal in Individual U-21 European Championship open for riders from all continents (1979).

The Latvia national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Latvia and is controlled by the Latvian Motorcyclists Federation. The team was withdrew from 2006 Under-21 World Cup and was nevert started in Under-21 World Cup.
The Norway national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Norway and is controlled by the Norwegian Motorsport Federation. The team took part in the Under-21 World Cup for the first and only time in 2005. Rune Holta won two medals in Individual competition.
The Poland national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Poland and is controlled by the Polish Motor Union (PZM). The Under-21 Speedway World Cup has been dominated by Poland with them winning first place in all of the past championships. Karol Ząbik was a member of Poland team by three finals (2005-2007). Poland has produced seven Under-21 Individual World Champions: Piotr Protasiewicz (1996), Robert Dados (1998), Dawid Kujawa (2001), Jarosław Hampel (2003), Robert Miśkowiak (2004), Krzysztof Kasprzak (2005) and Karol Ząbik (2006).

The team was never qualified to the Under-21 Speedway World Cup finals. Emil Sayfutdinov is first, and so far, only riders who won the Individual U-21 World Championship twice.
The Slovenia national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Slovenia and is controlled by the Automobile Association of Slovenia. The team has never qualify to the Under-21 World Cup finals. Two Slovenian riders, Matej Ferjan and Matej Žagar has won bronze medal of the Individual U-21 World Championship.
The Sweden national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Sweden and is controlled by the SVEMO. The team started in Under-21 World Cup in all editions and won four medals: two silver and two bronze. Denmark has produced three Under-21 World Champions: Peter Nahlin (1988), Mikael Karlsson (1994) and Andreas Jonsson (2000). In 1985 Per Jonsson has won Individual U-21 European Championship open for riders from all continents.
The Australia national under-21 speedway team is the national under-21 motorcycle speedway team of Australia and is controlled by the Motorcycling Australia. Like the senior Australian team, the Under-21s are managed by former rider Mark Lemon.

The team has never qualify to the Team Speedway Junior European Championship final.. In the Individual competition was won one bronze medal: Artem Vodyakov (2008).
