Umar (lit.: Age) is a 2006 Indian crime-drama film directed by Karan Razdan. The film stars Prem Chopra, Kader Khan, Satish Kaushik in lead roles, with Jimmy Shergill, Shenaz Treasurywala, Shakti Kapoor, Dalip Tahil in supporting roles. The film follows a young man played by Shergill who has been framed for a crime he did not even commit and is on the run from the police, aided by three elder men played by Prem Chopra, Kader Khan, Satish Kaushik.
Chandrakant Mehta (Prem Chopra), Rajpal Singh (Satish Kaushik), and Iqbal Khan (Kader Khan) are best friends, living their last years in the United Kingdom. The lives of the men are complicated as Mehta and Singh are mistreated as servants by their children, and Khan is a victim of racial discrimination from the British community. However, they find solace and love in the form of a caring young man, Shashank Dutt (Jimmy Sheirgill). Shashank is a student who works as a part-time waiter and singer in a bar for a living and is in love with Sapna Lakha (Shenaz Treasurywala), daughter of a rich business tycoon Prem Lakha (Shakti Kapoor). Sapna introduces Shashank to her father for marriage, but the latter disagrees because of Shashank's status. However, the bar's owner, Victoria, falls for Shashank, and he rejects her advances, as he is still loyal to Sapna. But one day Victoria gets murdered, and all the evidence points towards Shashank. Shashank is arrested and jailed by the police thereafter. After learning this incident, the three men help Shashank escape, which also turns them into fugitives.
Film critic Taran Adarsh from Bollywood Hungama rated the film 1.5 out 5. [1] Akash Gandhi rated the film 7.5 out of 10, praising the performances and direction of the film. [2] Priyanka Jain from Rediff criticised the film with no ratings. [3]

The Filmfare Best Comedian Award was given by Filmfare as part of its annual Filmfare Awards for Hindi films, to recognise an actor who had delivered an outstanding performance in a comic role.
Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega is a 2001 Indian Hindi-language crime comedy film directed by Eeshwar Nivas and produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Nitin Manmohan. The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Fardeen Khan, Sonali Bendre, Twinkle Khanna, Aftab Shivdasani and Johnny Lever in lead roles. The film is an official remake of the 1993 Telugu film Money. This film marked Twinkle Khanna's final acting performance, prior to her marriage and subsequent retirement from the industry. It was released on 29 June 2001 and unlike the original version, the Hindi remake received mixed reviews and eventually became a box-office bomb. The rights to this film are owned by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and the film is said to be loosely based on the American black comedy Fargo.
Judwaa (transl. Twins) is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film, directed by David Dhawan, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and starring Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha with Kader Khan, Dalip Tahil, Shakti Kapoor, Deepak Shirke, Anupam Kher, Satish Shah and Mukesh Rishi in supporting roles. It is a remake of the Telugu film Hello Brother (1994), which in turn is inspired from the Hong Kong action comedy film Twin Dragons (1992) starring Jackie Chan.

Tom, Dick, & Harry is a 2006 Indian Hindi-language comedy film released on 12 May 2006. It stars Dino Morea, Jimmy Sheirgill, Anuj Sawhney, Celina Jaitly, Kim Sharma, Gulshan Grover and Shakti Kapoor. It had music by Himesh Reshammiya who made a special appearance in the film. The screenplay is actually a mixture of two different plots taken from two different films with similar titles: the 1941 American classic Tom, Dick and Harry and the 1993 Hong Kong hit Tom, Dick and Hairy.
Dalip Tahil is an Indian film, television and theatre actor. He is best known for his work in Baazigar (1993), Raja (1995), Hum hai rahi pyar ke (1993) and Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988), Pyaar Ki Miss Call (2009) along with actor Gaurav Prateek. In the UK, he appeared in the BBC soap opera EastEnders as Dan Ferreira, the head of the Ferreira family, from June to December 2003.

The film was a box office failure.
