Gustavo Borges is a Brazilian comics writer, author of the webcomics A Entediante Vida de Morte Crens and Edgar. Jefferson Costa is a Brazilian illustrator and comics artist. He has worked in several comic books, such as the adaptation of the book Kiss Me, Judas, as well as publications such as Quebra Queixo Technorama, A Dama do Martinelli and La Dansarina and works in Brazilian compilations Front and Bang Bang. He also published works in the North American anthologies Gunned Down and Outlaw Territory # 3. Jefferson also works with character design and animation scenarios, having worked on Cartoon Network Brazil's Historietas Assombradas para Crianças Malcriadas, as well as the Brazilian MTV series Megaliga, Fudêncio, The Jorges and Rockstarghost. In 2013, he won the Troféu HQ Mix in the "Best Comic Adaptation" category with Coleção Shakespeare em Quadrinhos Volume 4. In 2016 he won again the Troféu HQ Mix, this time with the graphic novel "La Dansarina" as "Best National Special Edition". In 2018, he published Jeremias - Pele, part of Graphic MSP collection, with scripts of Rafael Calça. The book earned them the 2019 Prêmio Jabuti for Best Comic Book.

Julia Nascimento Bacellar, known as Julia Bax, is a Brazilian comics artist. Her first comic book work was published in the Brazilian magazine Kaos!, recommended by Roger Cruz. After that, she made the drawings of a 12-page story on the album Quebra-Queixo Technorama Volume 2, published by Devir. By these two works, in 2006 Julia won the Troféu HQ Mix, the main Brazilian comic book prize, in the category "Revelation Penciller". She started working for publishers in other countries, especially Marvel Comics, in which she participated in the magazine X-Men: First Class. Julia also has published works for publishers like Boom! Studios, Devil's Due and Le Lombard, among others. Some of her published works are Histórias, Remy and Pink Daïquiri. In 2016, the Belgian publishing house Le Lombard published the graphic novel Princesse Caraboo, based on the true story of the notorious impostor Mary Baker.
Ana Luiza Koehler, is a Brazilian comics artist and architect. She has a Master's degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and has worked with illustration since 1993, mainly with publishers of the Franco-Belgian comics market.
André Luiz da Silva Pereira, well known as André Vazzios is a Brazilian colorist, comics artist and architect. Graduated in Architecture from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, he began his career as an illustrator in 1995 at the Abril Jovem publishing house.
Lucio Luiz is a Brazilian journalist, writer, editor, podcaster and comics author. He holds a degree in Journalism and has Master's degree and Doctorate in Education.
Sidney Gusman is a Brazilian journalist and editor. Gusman graduated in journalism at the Methodist University of São Paulo and started writing professionally about comics in 1990, with articles published in newspapers such as Folha de S.Paulo, O Estado de S. Paulo, among others, as well as magazines such as Imprensa, Superinteressante, Duas Rodas etc. Between 2003 and 2006 he was editor of the Brazilian version of Wizard magazine. In 2006, he became responsible for the Editorial Planning area of Mauricio de Sousa Produções, where, among several other projects, he was the creator of the Graphic MSP series, which since 2012 has published several graphic novels with reinterpretations of the classic characters created by Mauricio de Sousa by several Brazilian artists. He is also editor-in-chief of Universo HQ, the most important news portal about comics in Brazil. Gusman won the Troféu HQ Mix as best specialized journalist seven times. He also won the Troféu Jayme Cortez twice, in 2004 and 2014.
Antônio de Souza Mendes Neto, better known as Toninho Mendes, was a Brazilian editor. He started working in the 1960s, going through several publishers and alternative newspapers, such as Movimento and Versus. In 1984, Mendes founded Circo Editorial, considered the most important Brazilian publishing house of alternative comics in the 1980s and 1990s. Circo featured artists such as Laerte, Angeli and Glauco, among other important names in the Brazilian underground comics that achieved prominence in the publications published by Mendes. The story of Circo publishing house was told by Mendes himself in the book Humor Paulistano: a experiência da Circo Editorial, 1984-1985, which won the Troféu HQ Mix in 2015 in two categories: "Best Theoretical Book" and "Best Editorial Project". Mendes also won the Troféu HQ Mix in 2011 in "Best Erotic Publication" category for Quadrinhos Sacanas, a collection organized by him which published anonymous erotic comics created between the 1950s and 1980s.
Master of National Comics is one of the categories of Prêmio Angelo Agostini, the most traditional Brazilian award dedicated to comics that has been held since 1985 by Associação dos Quadrinhistas e Caricaturistas do Estado de São Paulo (AQC-ESP).
