Unge Frustrerte Menn was a rock band from Bergen, Norway.
The band formed in 1991 and broke up in 2002. Their debut album, Slanger og Snegler, was released in 1991. Their last album, Solen Titter Frem – De Beste Sangene (2002), was a compilation album. Despite its break up, and the fact that the band has not released any new material since 2002, it reunites every year to host the traditional Christmas concert 2nd Christmdayas . At the 2009 concert, it was highlighted that this was the tenth consecutive year they had participated in this concert at the Ricks. [1]

Kirsten Marie Bråten Berg is a Norwegian traditional folk singer, silversmith and government scholar. She is currently living in Valle in the Setesdal area of southern Norway. She trained as a silversmith at the Torleiv H. Bjørgums Vocational College in Setesdal and then set up her own workshop there, in Nomeland.
Bjarte Ludvigsen, a.k.a. Blue, is a record producer from Bergen, Norway. He started out as a drummer for the Norwegian-Grammy Award winning band Poor Rich Ones. In 1997, after working as a session musician for several years and as an assistant engineer at Sigma Audio, Bjarte started Tinnitus Recording together with Christer Hjelmeland. After helping several acts rise to the ranks and signing with major companies, the studio got popular with more established Norwegian artists.
Bendik Hofseth is a Norwegian jazz musician, who plays the saxophone and sings. He is also a bandleader, and arranges and composes music.
Alfred Janson was a Norwegian pianist and composer. He was born in Oslo as the son of sculptor Gunnar Janson and pianist Margrethe Gleditsch, and was brother of journalist Mette Janson. He was first married to actress and singer Grynet Molvig and later to Berit Gustavsen. He made his piano debut in 1962. Among his early compositions is the piano piece November from 1962 and the orchestral Vuggesang from 1963. He composed the ballet Mot solen for the Bergen International Festival in 1969, and in 1991 he was the festival's principal composer.
Gaute Storaas is a Norwegian jazz musician (bass) and composer, and the older brother of Jazz pianist Vigleik Storaas.
Ola Kvernberg is a Norwegian jazz musician known for his virtuosic string swing violin playing and his international performances. He is the son of traditional musicians Liv Rypdal Kvernberg and Torbjørn Kvernberg, and the brother of traditional musicians Kari Kvernberg Dajani and fiddler Jorun Marie Kvernberg, and grandson of the fiddler and traditional music composer Peter L. Rypdal. Kvernberg studied classical violin from the age of nine, and won 3rd prize in a great classical violin competition in Italy when he was fourteen.
