University Club Tower is a condominium tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At 446 feet, it is the fourth tallest building in Wisconsin and the tallest residential building. It is located in Milwaukee's East Town neighborhood adjacent to the Lake Michigan shoreline.
The tower as originally planned was designed by Santiago Calatrava was to have only 25 stories. That plan was cancelled because of concerns about parking and its potential to obstruct views of the lake. However, the project was revived in June 2002 and ground was broken two years later. The Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed building was developed by Milwaukee-based real-estate developer Mandel Group with J.H. Findorff & Sons serving as the general contractor.
The tower is built on land owned by the University Club of Milwaukee. It is adjacent connected to the club, and the tower's health center serves as the health center for club members. The building has a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, roof deck and a 106 space parking garage. [1] University Club Tower contains 53 condominium residences on 37 floors.
Milwaukee radio host Mark Belling, real-estate developer Barry Mandel, and Marcus Corporation chairman Steve Marcus are residents of the building. [2] [3]
Lake Point Tower is a residential skyscraper located on a promontory of the Lake Michigan waterfront in Chicago, just north of the Chicago River at 505 North Lake Shore Drive. Completed in 1968, it is in the Streeterville neighborhood on the Near North Side. Located adjacent to Navy Pier, the building is the only skyscraper in the city east of Lake Shore Drive.
The Heritage at Millennium Park, located at 130 N. Garland Court in Chicago, Illinois is a mixed-use tower. Completed in 2005, with a height of 631 feet (192 m) and 57 floors, the building was designed by the architectural firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz. It is the 36th-tallest building in Chicago. Like many newer buildings, the Heritage preserves and makes use of the façades of four existing buildings in its base.
One Magnificent Mile is a mixed-use high-rise tower completed in 1983 at the northern end of Michigan Avenue on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago containing upscale retailers on the ground floor, followed by office space above that and luxury condominium apartments on top. 100 East Wisconsin, or The Faison Building is a skyscraper located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Erected in 1989 on the site of the old Pabst Building, its design is reflective of the German-American architecture that has been preserved in downtown Milwaukee, much like Detroit's Ally Detroit Center. The building is bordered on the west by the Milwaukee River along the Milwaukee Riverwalk. It is the third tallest building in Wisconsin, behind the U.S. Bank Center, and the Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons also located in downtown Milwaukee.
The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton is a luxury residential skyscraper in Center City in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At 518 feet (158 m), the 48-story skyscraper is the twelfth-tallest building in Philadelphia, and the tallest residential tower in the city. The building was erected on the former site of One Meridian Plaza which was seriously damaged by a deadly fire in 1991. One Meridian Plaza was demolished in 1999 and the property was sold by E/R Partners to the Arden Group the next year. Development of the site by the Arden Group, which owns the adjacent Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, was delayed for years as a result of a feud with rival developer Mariner Commercial Properties. Mariner owned the property 1441 Chestnut Street, which sits south of the Residences at The Ritz-Carlton site and intends to build its own residential tower. The feud began after Arden Group's lead partner Craig Spencer blocked approval of 1441 Chestnut Street because he felt the tower's design would be detrimental to the planned Residences at The Ritz-Carlton tower. This led to several years of dispute between the developers trying to block construction of each other's towers.
The Murano is a residential skyscraper in Center City, Philadelphia. Part of a condominium boom occurring in the city, the Murano was announced in 2005 and was developed jointly by Thomas Properties Group and P&A Associates. The building, named after Murano, Italy, was completed in 2008 at a cost of US$165 million. The site, previously occupied by a parking lot, was the location of the Erlanger Theatre from 1927 to 1978.
The University Club of Milwaukee is a private club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, located at 924 E. Wells Street. The club, which was founded by a group of nineteen college alumni, received its charter November 7, 1898. Its first president was August H. Vogel.

The Wisconsin Tower, or 606 Building, is a 22-story, 280-foot-tall (85 m) art-deco high-rise building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was completed in 1930, and was the second tallest building in Milwaukee at the time of its completion. It would be surpassed by the Chase Tower in 1961. Originally the building was an office tower, but it was purchased and redeveloped into 74 condominiums in 2005. The renovation was completed the following year. The tower is located at 606 West Wisconsin Avenue.
The Moderne is a 30-story apartment building in Milwaukee. It stands at 348 feet tall, making it the tallest building in the city west of the Milwaukee River. The tower's ground floor is occupied by Carson's Ribs, with the remaining floors used for apartments, condominiums, and parking.
The Couture is an under-construction high-rise apartment building in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 507-foot, 44-story high-rise will become the state of Wisconsin's tallest residential building when completed in 2023, and will feature 312 high-end apartments, 50,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and an 1,100-space parking structure with hundreds of public parking spaces.

Uses will include condominiums, luxury apartments, and retail. The residential tower is developed by Southern Land Company, a national real estate development company based in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Platinum is a 17-story, 255-unit condo hotel located at 211 East Flamingo Road in Paradise, Nevada, east of the Las Vegas Strip. The project was approved in 2003, and began construction in 2005, as a joint venture between Diversified Real Estate Concepts, Inc. and Marcus Hotels and Resorts. The project was topped out in December 2005, and was opened in October 2006. In 2009, buyers filed lawsuits against Marcus for various allegations; the last of the lawsuits were settled in March 2013.
BMO Tower, also known as BMO Harris Financial Center at Market Square, is a 25-story, 328-foot tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The building was scheduled to be completed in December 2019, but construction delays postponed the opening until April 2020. The building is 281,000 square feet and 328 feet tall.

The building remains the tallest and most prominent on the East Side of Milwaukee.
