Albanian Workers Movement Party is a left-wing political party in Albania. The party was established in 2000. It is led by Shefqet Musaraj. In the 2001 parliamentary elections the party received 0.22% of the votes.

The 1930 Albanian Championship was the first edition of the Albanian National Championship, which ran from 6 April until 6 July 1930. It was the first-ever official football competition in Albania run by the newly formed Albanian Football Association, as the 1911 Fier Fair Football Tournament was not run by the AFA and is not yet recognised. The six original members were Urani, Teuta, Skënderbeu, Bashkimi Shkodran, Sportklub Tirana and Sportklub Vlora who agreed to play a ten-game format whereby each team would host each of their five rivals once with two points awarded for a win and one point awarded for a drawn game. The two teams with the most points at the end of the regular season of the competition would then enter a championship playoff where they would play each other twice and the champions would be crowned based on the aggregate score of the home and away ties, however this playoff was not actually played due to forfeit.
Shefqet Mehmetali Stringa was a banking pioneer in Albania.
Shefqet bej Dajiu was one of the signatories of the Albanian Declaration of Independence in 1912. He was the second secretary of the Congress of Vlora, when independence was declared. He was later named as prefect of Fieri, a post he held until the First World War. During the next years he did not take part in politics, and was shown again during World War II, this time as a collaborator of the Axis. He was killed in 1946, by the communist regime, for his collaborative activity.
Papër is a village and a former municipality in the Elbasan County, central Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Elbasan. The population at the 2011 census was 6,348. It is located along the Elbasan-Rrogozhinë-Durrës highway, 13 km (8 mi) west of Elbasan. It was founded on July 26, 1992.
