The University of Perpetual Help System is a university system of nine campuses in the Philippines.
Established in 1968 by Dr. Jose de Guzman Tamayo and his wife Dra. Josefina Laperal Tamayo as Perpetual Help Hospital and College of Nursing, this institution has been training nurses, doctors, maritime, accountants, hrm, allied health, lawyers, engineers and many other courses for service in the Philippines and abroad. Now known as UPHS Jonelta (Jose and Nena Laperal Tamayo), the University of Perpetual Help System Jonelta has campuses in Manila, Binan, GMA Cavite, Isabela, and Malasiqui Pangasinan.
Over the years, under the leadership of Dr./Br.Gen. Antonio L. Tamayo, this institution has developed into a university offering a wide variety of programs mentioned above, but its allied health programs including nursing is the university's core.
The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) founded in 1975 by DR./Br.Gen. Antonio L. Tamayo, is a highly recognized university in the Philippines. It has 3 major campuses in Las Piñas, Molino, and Calamba. Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Philippines granted deregulated status (equivalent to Autonomous Status) to University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, Manila, Philippines.
Over the past four decades, UPHS has opened nine campuses nationwide including the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (DALTA System with its main branch in Las Piñas) and the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (JONELTA System with its main branch in Binan, Laguna).

The University of Perpetual Help System Dalta - Molino Campus or simply Perpetual, was founded on 1995 in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. It is a private, non-sectarian educational institution run by the Dalta Group of Companies, and is part of the University of Perpetual Help System.
The National Christian Life College (NCLC), formerly the Maranatha Christian Academy (MCA), is a private, non-stock, non-sectarian Christian school, with its main campus in Marikina, Philippines. It was established in February 1980 by Dr. Leticia S. Ferriol, who is the directress of the school. It is part of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ headed by Arsenio Ferriol.
University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (UPHSL), or simply Perpetual or Perps, is the first university to open in Biñan City, Laguna in the Philippines. It is the main campus of the JONELTA System of the UPHS. The UPH-Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical University is also located at the UPHS compound, along the old National Highway in the City of Biñan. The school opened with a total of 89 students in the first and second year high school, and 367 students in the tertiary level.

Paciano Rizal is an urban barangay comprising in Calamba, Laguna, in the Philippines. It is the fifth most important barangay in Calamba. It is situated to the west of San Cristobal, to the east of Mayapa, to the north of Lawa and south of Mapagong. The barangay Paciano Rizal of Calamba named by the people of Paciano Rizal an older brother of José Rizal. Paciano Rizal was born in this barangay.
