Usa (Russian : Уса) is the name of two rural localities in Russia:

Russian is an East Slavic language, which is official in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as being widely used throughout Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, the Caucasus and Central Asia. It was the de facto language of the Soviet Union until its dissolution on 25 December 1991. Although, nowadays, nearly three decades after the breakup of the Soviet Union, Russian is used in official capacity or in public life in all the post-Soviet nation-states, as well as in Israel and Mongolia, the rise of state-specific varieties of this language tends to be strongly denied in Russia, in line with the Russian World ideology.

The classification system of the types of inhabited localities in Russia, the former Soviet Union, and some other post-Soviet states has certain peculiarities compared with the classification systems in other countries.

Inta is a town in the Komi Republic, Russia. Population: 32,080 (2010 Census); 41,217 (2002 Census); 60,220 (1989 Census).

The Komi Republic is a federal subject of Russia. Its capital is the city of Syktyvkar. The population of the republic, as of the 2010 Census was 901,189.

The Republic of Bashkortostan, also historically known as Bashkiria, is a federal subject of Russia. It is located between the Volga River and the Ural Mountains. Its capital is the city of Ufa. With a population of 4,072,292 as of the 2010 Census, Bashkortostan is the most populous republic in Russia. According to census 2018, the population of Republic was 4,063,293.

The Komi language is a Uralic macrolanguage spoken by the Komi peoples in the northeastern European part of Russia. Komi may be considered a single language with several dialects, or a group of closely related languages, making up one of the two branches of the Permic branch of the family. The other Permic language is Udmurt, to which Komi is closely related.

Selsoviet is a shortened name for a rural council and for the area governed by such a council (soviet). The full names for the term are, in Belarusian: се́льскi Саве́т, Russian: се́льский Сове́т, Ukrainian: сільська́ ра́да. Selsoviets were the lowest level of administrative division in rural areas in the Soviet Union. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, they were preserved as a third tier of administrative-territorial division throughout Ukraine, Belarus, and some of the federal subjects of Russia.

Usinsk is a town in the Komi Republic, Russia, located 757 kilometers (470 mi) east of the republic's capital city of Syktyvkar and 100 kilometers (62 mi) north of the town of Pechora, on the northern bank of the Usa River, 30 kilometers (19 mi) before its confluence with the Pechora River.
