Usman Malik (born 20 July 1988 in Lahore) is a Pakistani cricketer who played in the U-19 Cricket World Cup for Pakistan. He plays for Lahore cricket team. [1]
Saleem Malik, is a Pakistani former cricketer, he played between 1981/82 and 1999, at one stage captaining the Pakistani cricket team. He was a right-handed wristy middle order batsman who was strong square of the wicket. His legbreak bowling was also quite effective. Despite playing more than 100 Tests he would go down in cricket history as the first of a number of international cricketers to be banned for match fixing around the start of the 21st century. Saleem is the brother-in-law of former teammate Ijaz Ahmed.
Gaddafi Stadium, or Qaddafi Stadium, previously known as Lahore Stadium is a cricket playing ground in Lahore, Pakistan which is named after former Libyan head of state Muammar Gaddafi. It is owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board. It was designed by architect and civil engineer Nasreddin Murat-Khan, and constructed by Mian Abdul Khaliq and Company in 1959. The stadium was renovated for the 1996 Cricket World Cup when it hosted the final.
