The 26th Utah Senate District is located in Daggett, Duchesne, Summit, Uintah and Wasatch Counties and includes Utah House Districts 25, 53, 54 and 55. The current State Senator representing the 26th district is Ronald Winterton. Winterton was elected to the Utah Senate in 2018 and is up for re-election in 2022.

Wasatch County is a county in the U.S. state of Utah. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 23,530. Its county seat and largest city is Heber City. The county was named for a Ute Indian word meaning mountain pass or low place in the high mountains.
The 2002 United States House of Representatives elections were held on 5 November 2002, in the middle of President George W. Bush's first term. Kevin Wayne Van De Wege is an American firefighter and politician serving as a member of the Washington State Senate, representing the 24th district since 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as a member of the Washington House of Representatives from 2007 to 2017. His district includes much of the Olympic Peninsula, which is made up of Clallam County, Jefferson County, and half of Grays Harbor County, and includes Forks, Hoquiam, Port Angeles, Port Townsend, Sequim, McCleary, Elma, and Ocean Shores.
